2004
In 2004, Scantrans moved to Noombal from Egmore resulting in all the various production stages were handled in the same premises.
2008
In 2008, seeing the bright possibilities of growth on two fronts – business and investment, a Singapore based consortium of companies invested in Scantrans and had the majority shareholding.
2024
In 2024, Ravikrishan the orginial promoter who was all the time part of the management bought back all the shares and now Scantrans is 100% owned by him.
